Glad I read it though but I doubt it will be one I will go back to again.KarenSihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17875454663363953921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7924802320400229726.post-68753947282651850172011-10-08T20:25:58.048-07:002011-10-08T20:25:58.048-07:00I like the sound of this book. I doubt I will ever agree 100% with any books of this theme, but I like the author's perspective, so I'll give it a try.Athirahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03366654538383603004noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7924802320400229726.post-44573026625162517642011-10-05T23:29:08.468-07:002011-10-05T23:29:08.468-07:00It was interesting. She does recommend other feminist writings including Simone de Beauvoir. That one is now on my tr list. She even recommends Germaine Greer and I always thought that Greer lost a lot of her creditability over the last few years. I would now even consider reading her book. Hope you enjoy.KarenSihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17875454663363953921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7924802320400229726.post-71184931975681323432011-10-05T22:00:09.484-07:002011-10-05T22:00:09.484-07:00Sounds interesting. Your review has put a different spin on it. Think i'll pick this up. The last 'feminist' book I read was Second Sex by Simone de Beauvoir and I loved that.CHEhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04634088152624853449noreply@blogger.com
